FILE - REPORTING - NEW or EDIT- choose report templete you want to edit or create new report template
ADD IMAGE TO TEMPLATE (cactus button), SELECT REGION - THEN load in the image with prompts in new window
    SAVE REPORT TEMPLATE
    OPEN REPORT WINDOW
OPEN "TEMPLATE SELECTION DIALOG" - arrow with blue circle button
    ADD TEMPLATE TO LIST
SET AS DEFAULT IF YOU WANT

or just move the wai.bmp to a different folder and rename your logo as wai.bmp

        *frustration avoidance tip*
before editing your report template, go to the reporting directory of your PC-DMIS install, and make sure to remove the 'read-only' attribute from all the contents. (set to read-only by default)
        otherwise, your edits won't 'stick'.

With your Program open, click on FILE at the top, and scroll down to REPORTING. Click on EDIT in the pop-up window to the right, and then click on LABEL TEMPLATE in the next pop-up window to the right. Open up the FILE_HEADER.lbl file. Left click on the header and then left click again on the logo. Once the logo is highlighted, right click on the logo. A box will pop-up that will allow you to browse for you company’s logo and insert it into the header. Your company’s logo will need to be saved as a .jpg, .bmp or .gif.
