Morning All!

This is my first post and I come from the user side of the process in that I need to use some of the data created by the scan.

We manufacture blades and scan them using blade runner. The reports on the aerofoil show, in addition to the plots, data for Min Dev, Max Dev, Form Mean, Mean Dev and Std Dev.

Is it possible to extract this data electronically so that it can be used in an Excel spread sheeet?

My CMM whizzos here have been unable so far to confirm if it is possible to extract this information.

I have never seen a blade runner or reports in a aerofoil show. But if it shows or stores data, I would think if you contact the manufacture they could help. Sorry I could not help.

After a part run you should be able to import either the .BCS file (ball center) or the .RPT file from the part directory into excel.
