Much talk about upgrading today. I'm on 3.5mr2 and getting worried about getting too far behind so I'm considering 3.7mr3 since there are many good reviews.
My question: Has anyone out there gotten upgrading PCDMIS down to a science? Headings, toolbars, probe files etc...are all concerns. Can anyone possibly post a check list they might have come up with to make upgrading more science and less trial and error?
Thanks a bunch!:D

I upgraded recently from 3.5 MR2 when I got a new computer and just followed B&S step by step instructions that came with my 3.7 MR1 CD (I installed MR3). They say copy DOWNL.OAD and COMP.DAT and a few others and to go into Settings Editor and export your settings. Unfortunately I pitched the sheet or I would tell you word for word. In addition to there advise I did a lot of ALT+PRINT SCRN pics and saved them in an Excel sheet to get the menus just like I had them before and did one for each tab in Machine Interface because I am paranoid. All in all it was pretty painless to do the upgrade.

Just went to new pc followed Matts link and instructions from http://www.wilcoxassoc.com/Versions/install_instructions.htm all went smooth went to 3.7 mr4 also available from web site for download. Did have to recreate probes. YOUR SMA will need at least current date of release you intend to install if not current!
