Tesa Visio DCC 300 with MCR20 Probe Changer

Hi this is my first post. We have experience with vision systems, Nikon VMR-3020 & Ram Optical, but we are new to PCDMIS and tactile measurement. We purchased our system with the touch probe interface and also purchased a 4 port Renishaw probe changer.

What is the correct procedure / method to use the probe changer; ie from Vision to tactile to vision??

Any words of advice are greatly appreciated.:confused:

I have ran a tesa but not with the probe option. We do have a ogp here with the probe option and i would guess it to be pretty similar in that you would just have to make sure that they are calibrated to each other. hth :D

Hello, Have you calibrated all touch probes?

How to calibrate touch probe ?
How to calibrate tool changer?
You must create a special probe file (name unload for example), do not insert this probe file in the tool changer.
when you want to use the vision, you load this probe file, the machine unload the probe, and you load the visio probe file.

Why don.t you try to but something useful that can help. You might need some help someday and everyone might answer you the same way. You could say, Hi I am new and don't know much and still a little child that has not grown up, but of course most children know every thing, So they don.t need answers to something you already know.
