Need to Update portlock In DBEditor

We Upgraded our system...I need to update my portlock info in the Editor....I have a Call in and as always waiting for a call back...

Are you talking about getting access to Dpage?
Authorization number should be same as the old one.

Knowing various version information is always useful.
As mentioned by Roberto, if DP is registered, the Editor should also be.
Also, not quite sure what "Upgraded our system" means. New OS? New versions of DP? New hard drive?
