We have a new Tesa Visio 300 DCC that was just calibrated last week. When I attempt to change the magnification, which is at the lowest setting (.7) I get an error saying that I am attempting to move outside of the calibrated range and it automatically goes back to .7 magnification. I can't seem to get a call back from tech support so I figured there may be someone on here that may know what the heck is going on. Any takers??? Thanks.

Problem fixed. I guess it was my startup sequence.

What was wrong with your startup sequence? Do you have to start things up in a particular order?

Hi Arenw, can you check your CNC.INI file in the pcdmis folder, and tell me what the Continuation Threshold is set to in the [Axis 4] section? If it is set to less than 10, change it so it is 10. If you still see the problem, try changing it to around 20.

The problem you have will likely happen again. I seem to have it every time someone tries to neaten up the wiring. The cables likely need to be checked
