I'm using 3.7 MR3. Does anyone know how to adjust the page set-up, because when I print a report it only fills the page 3/4 of the way. I have about of 2 inches of blank paper on the bottom of each page. Thank you.

NOPE, they have not ever allowed us users to set margins, top, bottom, or sides, with Pcdmis.

can you save it as .rtf and adjust the margins in word?

Yes, do it all the time. Then you can save it as a .pdf

Did this ever get fixed? Can we adjust the margins somehow? I don't have the time to babysit all three CMMs through the day and convert files so I can use less paper. Also, how do you make the results page print the results at the bottom of the report instead of printing a seperate page?

There is still no way to 'adjust' how your printout works, unless you are using V4.0 or up, but then you have to make a template to make the report look how you want it to. I have not heard much good about that version yet.

You can change the font size and type, but that is about all you can change in all version previous to V4.0.

If you want everything to fit, change the font size or deselect headings etc in the setup menu. Remove anything you don't really need and that should free up space. Unless your printer has built in auto center in the properties/advance tab you can't do notta.

That stinks. I see a good 4" wasted on each page. We did get rid of the header a while back and then I had people complain that it was too hard to tell page one at first glance. I put a comment on it that read "Page #1" but that wasn't good enough either. I never put the header back on and the complaining is to a minimum of a couple of people who don't know how to read the darn thing anyway. What is up with the extra page of the number in/out of tolerance? Why on some of my reports will it put it at the bottom of the last tolerance page and others it creates a whole new page? (And the last tolerance page is not full)
