View Full Version : Datapage R/T & Windows XP . . .

Is there some type of compatability issue with Datapage & Windows XP or something? We just changed operating systems from Windows 2000 to XP and for some reason whenever I try to print a report from Datapage, I instantly get the prompt to send an error report for XP. I never had any issues in 2000 ? ? ?

Not that I am aware of. What version of DP are you using? Make sure you have a valid default printer?

Datapage Version 3.33

It is a valid default printer (used for everything else).

Have you tried a different part/variable? Output to a file instead of printer? Print Preview?

I have output to a text file with no problems (which is why I'm not totally panicking since I am able to print the files in Xcel). Print preview worked fine. I haven't really tried any other files yet. I'll have to try that when I get to work tomorrow (yes I'm actually doing work on my BEER TIME)...:D
